Classic plaid afghan pattern. Base is first crocheted into a mesh, then yarn is woven into the mesh to create the plaid effect. This design was created using Lily Sugar 'N Cream sport weight yarn, which offered about 125 yds per skein at the time. You can recreate this with any of our sport weight yarn we carry today. Just keep in mind yardage will vary. Materials List: MC White (11 balls), Pink (4 balls), Lavender (6 balls), Aqua (5 balls), and crochet hook size G/6 (4.50 mm). Finished size 45 x 61" (114 x 155 cm)—Easy crochet.Â
