Ladies' or Youth's Barrel Racing Cardigan Pattern

Knit this cardigan with our vintage graph-style pattern. Graph pattern includes raglan or set-in sleeves, and optional shawl, flat or windbreaker collar instructions. The original project was made with Mary Maxim Northland or Titan yarn, which had 80 yards per skein. With the wide range of bulky yarns we carry today, including Mary Maxim Titan, you can make it your own. Keep in mind, yardage may have changed. Materials List: MC Sz 32-34 (9 skeins), Sz 36 (10 skeins), CC1 Horse (35 yds), CC2 Horse Shoe (15 yds), CC3 Halter (15 yds), CC4 Barrel (20 yds), knitting needles size 6 (4.25 mm) and 9 (5.50 mm). Fits sizes 32-34-36—Intermediate knit. Pattern for larger sizes available separately. Rodeo, and Horse and Rider patterns sold separately.

Stitch Requirements: Knit, purl, cast on, cast off, increase, decrease, repeat, stockinette stitch, coloured pattern knitting method, fair isle knitting.
