Ladies' Crocheted Hooded Cape Pattern

Crochet a dramatic dress-length cover for day or evening wear, with our pattern. Easy to crochet in shell stitch, which forms its own scalloped edges. Designed using Mary Maxim Agnelspun, light sport-weight yarn, which provided 250 yds per 2-oz skein at the time. Materials List: 18 oz Lt Sport-weight yarn, crochet hook size I/9 (5.50 mm) and F/5 (3.75 mm). Fits sizes 32-38—Intermediate crochet. 

Stitch Requirements: Chain, single crochet, double crochet, treble crochet, half double crochet, decrease, increase, repeat.
