At the time, Mary Maxim Aran Irish Twist offered 130 yds per 2 oz skein, and all sizes called for 24 oz—patterns A and B, required knitting needles size U.S. 7 and 9. Style B also requires a set of double-point needles size 7. Fits sizes 32-34-36—Intermediate knit—Men's and children's sizes sold separately. 

Stitch Requirements: Knit, cable 6, slip stitch, cross 3, knit, purl, stockinette stitch, repeat, decrease, increase, cast on, cast off.
