The Story

This fabulous hooded cape pattern comes from the 1960s and has been expertly crafted with the highest quality materials. Mary Maxim Angelspun yarn, a Sportweight with 250 yards on a 2 oz skein, was used at that time – and we even have a wonderful selection of similar sportweight yarns available. We recommend Mary Maxim Mellowspun! You'll need 6 oz sport-weight yarn and a U.S. E-4 crochet hook (3.5 mm) to get the job done. Fits birth to 3 months.

Stitch Requirements: Chain, single crochet, double crochet, half double crochet, treble crochet, decrease, increase, repeat, slip stitch, through back of loop, work even as set.

Pattern is available for download only and requires Adobe Reader or a similar program to view. After your purchase, you may download the pattern from your account. Please contact us if you have any questions.
