Fire Truck Cardigan Pattern

Classic Mary Maxim cardigan pattern. A neat, easy-to-knit design with windbreaker collar, set in sleeves, and zipper or button front. Originally created with Mary Maxim Northland or Titan yarns, which offered 80 yards per skein at the time. With the wide variety of bulky weight yarns we offer today, including Mary Maxim Titan, you can make this project suit your style! Materials List: MC Sz 38-40 (48 oz), Sz 42-44 (52 oz). All sizes: CC1 Red (4 oz), CC2 Black (4 oz), CC3 (20 oz). Requires knitting needles sizes U.S. 7 (4.5 mm) and U.S. 10 (6 mm), heavyweight open-end zipper, or eight buttons. Fits sizes 38-40-42-44—Intermediate knit. PDL579 Truck, Antique Auto PDL4074, and PDL4065 are sold separately. 

Stitch Requirements: Knit, purl, cast on, cast off, increase, decrease, repeat, stockinette stitch, coloured pattern knitting method, fair isle knitting.
