Knit these unique hats with our vintage pattern. Originally knit with Mary Maxim Mohair yarn, which offered approximately 50 yds on a 1 oz skein at the time and was considered a bulky yarn. With a variety of bulky yarns to choose from today, there are endless possibilities when using this pattern. Requires knitting needles size U.S. 7 (4.5 mm) and crochet hook size 7 (1.5 mm). Intermediate knit.
